  Unacceptably poor service at Walgreen's pharmacy today. Waited an hour and 35 minutes for a prescription, staff members made 2 mistakes causing the long wait, and zero words of apology. We won't be using this pharmacy again!

  It's usually a great place but I only gave it a few stars because of the rude customer service that I had at about 7:30 p.m. on Saturday April 1st for when I was asking the girl at the front counter about some lights during my speaking she began to interrupt and I didn't appreciate that especially since I'm the one that adds money to their paychecks so I just continued speaking but then she just came back at me and continued speaking and would not shut up for anything and then when I got done with my question then she took a big sigh of air and made a little emotional display and said "well" with a pause in your voice as if I was being rude when she was the one that kept speaking when I was asking a question and making a comment and it just wasn't really appreciated. A store employee should never ever interrupt a customer when they are asking about a product of the store or inquiring or making a comment about their experience there no matter what they look like or how they may act or feel during that day. They should never interrupt a customer and make them feel uncomfortable when it comes to store professionality and should treat all customers with dignity and respect regardless of what they look like on the outside or how they may act or feel. It shouldn't matter one way or another and they should always listen to the customers.
