  I have had a very bad experience with the Longview store. I ordered a stove they told me it would be two weeks out and here on jan 9th. Jan 9th came around and they called me saying it would not be here until Jan 23. At this time i have been without a stove since the Jan 9th morning because i sold my old one to make room for the new. Today is Jan 23 and i was very excited to have a stove back, noooooo. Sears hometown called me and said they will not have it tell the 30th, what the f#%k. I have already been without no way of cooking since the 9th and guess what. I call the damn store and its closed until further notice. I am not very happy with this place. Really sucks because we Re remodeling and we had all of our appliances picked out, never again. This is horrible.

  Great service. Worked with the owner to get our new kitchen appliances. They were so friendly! We were remodeling our house and hmkept having to push back delivery and they were so understanding about it. Will definitely use them again in the future!!!!!
