  When you are a veteran and try and connect your mylowes card to your discount so you can have a smooth transition through the check out. For get it ain't gonna happen! I have had nothing but issues with the store. Supposedly will track your purchases. Forget that as well! I was remodeling my bathroom and purchased too many tiles. Brought back two boxes and they refunded me at a different lower price. It was only like a 15 dollar difference. But it's the principle. The younger lady at the return desk was not a nice person when I complained she said that she couldn't do anything. Maybe try getting your manager when a customer is upset. I will not spend anymore money with this company, too mamy issues with the mylowes card and employees/managers. This was not the first issue and it wouldnt have been the last. I will drive across town to the competition. Congrats Lowes for losing business for about 15 bucks. Total BS.
