  Cashier cody was rude, unhelpful, and appeared stoned or half asleep . He refused to give me the online sale price since I didn't have the coupon with me. If your own website is listing an item for a certain price and you won't honor it unless I physically print it out and bring it in then that's a joke . I'll do my best to avoid this location from now on, the portland store employees are much more helpful and friendly.

  This Harbor Freight Tool store has a nice inventory of tools and supplies. Reasonably priced tools with a great replacement guarantee. If it breaks they will replace the hand tool. I love the coupons. Also they have a sales mailer that has great seals monthly. This store is located next to Big Lots on Ocean Beach Highway.
